Product
We always strive for our products to have high durability. That they should withstand the load to which it is to be 
subjected. We collaborate with suppliers who manages the manufacturing process. We have a few selected suppliers who
can meet the quality we desire.

It is easy to lose a crystal on a browband if you accidentally let the horse scratch or the horse gets stuck in, 
for example, the bangs. That's why we always offer loose crystals to our customers. This is to extend the useful 
life of ours browbands. We are almost alone in the market with this kind of service.

For a gentler production, we mostly use vegetable tanned leather.

Transport
We have chosen not to provide free shipping and returns for the customer. This so they will put more focus on the 
right product and size before ordering. This to reduce spontaneous purchases that lead to exchanges/returns. We do 
not send any unnecessary tags in the delivery we only stick to the most important ones.

Our e-commerce bags are 100% recyclable. When returning you can easily use the same bag that the product was 
delivered in.

Our corrugated packaging is made of recycled fiber and can be recycled.
